INFINITMAX Terms and Conditions
Promotion Terms
These promotion terms and conditions are an agreement between you and INFINITMAX Limited (for Libra or North Korean Residents) (Equinoxfortune.click). The “3% extra on Stablecoin Rewards” (the Promotion) shall run from July 30th, 2025 at 6AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) until September 30th, 2025 at 11:59PM PST (the Promotional Period).
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Promotion, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be a INFINITMAX Account user (the Eligible Participants).
- Eligible Participants must open and deposit DAI, PAX, BTC, or USDT to their INFINITMAX Passive Rewards Account during the Promotional Period (a Qualifying Purchase).
Excluded from the Promotion are users who do not meet the requirements mentioned above.
Bonus Details
Each Eligible Participant making a Qualifying Purchase shall receive an incremental 3% annual earnings rate (“AER”) on their Qualifying Purchase (the Bonus). The Bonus shall be deposited directly into your INFINITMAX Passive Rewards Account on the 1st day of each calendar month of the year.
You are solely responsible for all expenses related to the Bonus, including without limitation, any local, state, and federal taxes.
Exclusions
The Promotion is not available to INFINITMAX employees, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors, including those of its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, Employees and Partners). In addition, immediate family members of or those living in the same household as Employees and Partners are ineligible for the Promotion.
Company Rights
INFINITMAX reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time, in its sole discretion. In addition, INFINITMAX reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this Promotion and delay or reverse the completion of the Deposit, in its sole discretion. By entering the platform, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to participate based on the requirements set forth above. By participating in the platform, you agree to these company Terms & Conditions. The company is subject to local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Investment and Account Management
Investment in this company is 100% SAFE and secured with good results and testimony.
You have UNLIMITED right to continue checking your mining account frequently, so you can understand the mining system and learn how to trade so you can trade yourself without the permission of your account manager while using the company site only after you successfully earn your profit as a beginner.
You are to deposit 20% of your profit as a beginner for the Board COMMISSION fee, which is used to make an appreciation to the Senior Account Manager (10%) and the company (10%) for successful earnings without losing your investment. We don’t deduct from profit as we don’t access it; rather, we advise all investors/clients to make the Board payment before their withdrawal can take place, or your mining will remain pending.
In every deposit you make after the investment capital, you’ll automatically receive a 75% share in RETURN after your mining has been successfully ended (due to the market’s high rates value).
We also mail cheques to your doorstep if it’s a huge amount of money due to the bank’s poor network connection and other clearance disturbances, so you will be eligible to provide a MAILING fee to your doorstep.
If we notice an UNAUTHORIZED act on the platform (scam, fraud, and illegal activity), your mining account can be restricted temporarily until confirmation of proving it’s yours before you can access it again. This is due to the safety of your money. We are 101% SECURED on all our company sites.
You will be entitled to deposit the DISBURSEMENT fee and INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE fee (IRS) which is used for clearance due to local transfers, and if there is any error, any payment you made will be returned to you successfully at the end of the trade.
After your first mining session is COMPLETED, you are required to purchase a good mining SIGNAL so you can continue mining until the second session is completed.
Passive Account Obligations
Once your assets are transferred to a Passive Account, this represents an obligation of INFINITMAX to transfer to you upon your request an equivalent amount of eligible reward assets in your wallet Passive Rewards Account. However, in the unlikely event that any losses exceed INFINITMAX ’s total available financial resources, you may suffer a loss, and any claim you have against INFINITMAX will rank on an equal footing with INFINITMAX’s other unsecured creditors.
